Any LTL shipments are the responsibility of the customer to unload or have unloaded with there own equipment unless quoted otherwise. Picking up orders may be possible just contact us via phone call or email to see if that’s possible because it varies on products. Our team can ship anywhere in the United States, and can also assist in international shipments.

Orders placed with The items from Plastic Lumber Yard are shipped via LTL shipping if over the maximum Length and weight for small parcel orders. Shipping tracking will be sent when the order ships from the warehouse location of your specific products(s) on order.

What Is LTL Freight Shipping?Â
LTL stands for “less than truckload”. This is used when an order won’t use the entire space provided by a truck. This allows us to keep shipping costs reasonable because the shipping quote is for the exact amount of space required by the order. It also helps to reduce emissions by shipping multiple orders in the same truck.Â
Factors That Determine LTL Shipping RatesÂ

Orders placed for LTL shipements can take up to 7 business days or more before shipping. Call or email us for a lead time if a more specific date is needed. An adult must be available to receive and inspect the order upon arrival. A signature accepting all LTL orders required for any damage claims to be accepted my PLY.
Receiving Your Plastic Lumber Yard OrderÂ
You will need to assist with the unloading of your order. It is the customers responsibility to inspect the order and note any damages. These damages should be photographed and noted on the bill of lading. Unless damages are noted at the time of delivery, we are unable to provide replacement parts or facilitate returns.Â
What Is The Bill Of Lading?Â
The bill of lading is a legal contract between the shipper, the freight company, and the receiver. It provides all of the information that the shipper needs to process the order correctly and acts as a receipt for the receiver.Â
Returns
Made to order items are not returnable including Molded, Structural, and any items requested at custom lengths. All black vinyl products are not returnable.
All other items are subject to a 20% restocking fee and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. All return refunds are subject to the safe return of the product with an inspection of the product prior to refund. If any damages to materials are found no refund will be given. Any material cut to length is non refundable or returnable.Â
