Plastic Lumber Yard is open to the public by appointment only, please call or email. Orders are normally shipped directly to your door, except when a local pickup is requested. Our team can ship anywhere in the United States and the Caribbean.

Shipping Information 

Orders placed with Plastic Lumber Yard are shipped via LTL shipping. Shipping tracking will be sent when the order ships. 

What Is LTL Freight Shipping? 

LTL stands for “less than truckload”. This is used when an order won’t use the entire space provided by a truck. This allows us to keep shipping costs reasonable because the shipping quote is for the exact amount of space required by the order. It also helps to reduce emissions by shipping multiple orders in the same truck. 

Factors That Determine LTL Shipping Rates 

The following impact the cost of shipping: 

• Location
• Dimensions: The size and weight of the shipment are used to determine the freight class, which impacts rates. 
• Type: Fragile shipments that require specific handling may cost more. 
• Mode: Expedited shipping incurs additional costs. 

When you place your order a date and time for delivery will be provided. An adult must be available to receive and inspect the order upon arrival. A signature accepting the order is required.

Receiving Your Plastic Lumber Yard Order 

You will need to assist with the unloading of your order. It is the customers responsibility to inspect the order and note any damages. These damages should be photographed and noted on the bill of lading. Unless damages are noted at the time of delivery, we are unable to provide replacement parts or facilitate returns. 

What Is The Bill Of Lading? 

The bill of lading is a legal contract between the shipper, the freight company, and the receiver. It provides all of the information that the shipper needs to process the order correctly and acts as a receipt for the receiver. 

Returns

Made to order items are not returnable. All black vinyl products are not returnable.

All other items are subject to a 20% restocking fee and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. All return refunds are subject to the safe return of the product with an inspection of the product prior to refund.
